Walmart: $1.35
CVS: $1.26
Total: $2.26 (includes tax of $1.16!)
McCormick Skillet Sauce: $1.99 each (on sale BOGO)
$0.50/2 mfg Q (not sure which insert) - doubled to $1 @ WD
$0.50/2 SavingStar rebate ($1.00 total after redeeming rebate twice)
2 - $0.50/1 Ibotta rebate ($1.00 total after redeeming rebate twice)
End total: profit of $0.51
- TIP: Always, always, always save your receipts! Ibotta will let you upload receipts up to a week old, so in the case of the McCormick sauce I bought two, redeemed one on my receipt the night I purchased them, then the rebate showed up on my app again the next day and I was able to go back and redeem the other sauce I bought for an extra $0.50! This happens a lot for me in the case of the any brand items on Ibotta: I buy butter and sour cream at Walmart, two days later a rebate shows up on Ibotta for both, and I redeem them!
- $2/1 mfg Q (budgetsaver.com)
End total: profit of $0.04
Borden snack tray: $1.68
- $1.75 Ibotta rebate
- $0.05 (3%) rebate on Find & Save
End total: profit of $0.12
Jose Ole Nacho Bites: $4.88
- $2/1 mfg Q (coupons.com)
- $2/1 Ibotta rebate
- $0.09 (3%) rebate on Find & Save
End total: $0.88
Dial Complete Foaming Hand Soap: $4.00 (on sale 2/$4 @ CVS)
- $1/2 mfg Q (not sure which insert)
- $1/2 SavingStar rebate
- $1/2 SavingStar rebate
- $0.06 (2%) rebate on Find & Save
End total: $1.00 ($0.50 each)
- TIP: I've noticed on the SavingStar app they will sometimes have two rebates for the same item. In the case of the Dial hand soap, there were two separate $1/2 rebates for this soap on the app, which means I was able to buy two, redeem both rebates, and get $2 back!
